1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website TokoMart.lk, creating an account, or placing orders for our handcrafted creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Customer Accounts & Verification

To place certain orders, write product reviews, or view transaction history, you may be required to register a user account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Administrators hold OTP verification access codes to manage listings. Attempting to bypass route protections, reset databases without authorization, or inject scripts violates these terms and will result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

3. Handcrafted Product Variations

Please note that our products (everlasting flowers, custom bouquets, spiritual craft wire arts) are **100% handcrafted individually**. As a result, small variations in shape, size, petal placement, wrapping paper folds, and color shading from the photos shown on our website are normal and represent the unique artistic value of handmade items.

4. Orders, Customs & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders if materials are out of stock or if pricing display errors occur.

Direct card payment options are marked as "Coming Soon". Orders are validated and processed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Direct Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, orders will only be scheduled for crafting/delivery once the receipt is verified by our finance team.

5. Intellectual Property

All website design, product photographs, 3D glb assets, and unique handcrafted design layouts displayed on TokoMart.lk are the exclusive intellectual property of TokoMart.lk. Copying or reproduction for commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes relating to purchases from TokoMart.lk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka**.
