1. Delivery Zones & Pricing

We deliver our premium everlasting handcrafted flowers to any address within Sri Lanka. Our shipping rates are split by district zones:

• Western Province (Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara): Flat rate of Rs. 350. Delivery is **Free** for orders exceeding Rs. 5,000.
• Outstation Districts (all other 22 districts): Flat rate of Rs. 450.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Since our products are carefully handcrafted, the time from placing an order to receipt is divided into preparation and transport phases:

• Standard Products in stock: Dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-3 business days for Western Province and 3-5 business days for outstations.
• Custom Bespoke Commissions: Requires 2 to 4 days for crafting by our artisans before shipping.

* Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly extended during festive seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Avurudu, Christmas) or during severe weather conditions.

3. Protective Packaging Safeguards

Everlasting flowers are beautiful and delicate. To ensure they arrive in pristine, perfect condition, we pack each bouquet and flower pot in **heavy-duty premium protective corrugated gift boxes**, reinforced with inner support frameworks to prevent movement.

4. Delivery Inquiries

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a reference ID. You can make inquiries about the progress of your delivery by contacting our support team directly.
