1. Craft Quality Guarantee

Because every single flower, bouquet, and art piece on TokoMart.lk is **meticulously handcrafted individually**, we take immense pride in our quality. We inspect every creation carefully before dispatching it to our customers.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made and highly labor-intensive nature of handcrafted pipe cleaner creations, **we do not offer monetary refunds or order cancellations** once crafting or shipment has commenced.

3. Transit Damage & Replacement Policy

We guarantee that your flowers will arrive in beautiful shape. If your order is damaged or bent during transit by the courier team, or has clear craftsmanship defects, we will provide a **Free Replacement or Repair**.

To file a claim:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.
  • Email details and photos along with your Order Reference ID to info@tokomart.lk within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement bouquet to be crafted and dispatched immediately, or arrange collection for repairs.
