Q.What materials are TokoMart.lk flowers made of?
Our everlasting flowers are meticulously crafted by hand using premium, high-density pipe cleaners (also known as chenille stems) and soft craft wire. This ensures a velvety texture, rich colors, and structural durability that holds its shape permanently.
Q.How do I care for and clean handmade pipe cleaner flowers?
Cleaning is extremely simple! Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time. To clean off dust, use a hair dryer on a cold, low-speed setting, or lightly dust them with a soft feather duster. Do not wash them or expose them to water, as the inner core wire can rust.
Q.How long does delivery take in Sri Lanka?
For standard creations in stock, delivery within the Western Province (Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara) takes 2 to 3 business days. Outstation delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Custom bespoke commissions require an additional 2 to 4 days for crafting before dispatch.
Q.Can I place a custom order or commission a specific bouquet?
Yes, absolutely! We love crafting custom commissions. You can specify the exact flower types (e.g. tulips, roses, lavender), color combinations, bouquet wrapper wrapping sheets, and cards. Contact us via our Contact Page or message us directly with your design ideas.
Q.What are the available payment methods?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer. When placing an order, choose your preferred method at the checkout. For bank transfers, please send a screenshot of the receipt to our team to verify and expedite your order.
Q.What is your return policy?
Since each item is uniquely handcrafted, we do not offer refunds. However, if your order is damaged during transit, or has craftsmanship flaws, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or repair it free of charge.
